I feel that if Virat reveals the entire truth about the cafe meet Sai will be able to believe. She understood that Didi is faking it and trying to show off to Virat, probably has understood she is trying to make Virat jealous.

I feel that her this understanding will be confirmed if he shares the truth about the cafe meet, she will also be able to believe that he has moved on.
