Why Bapuji asked anupama to stay with vanya and family after divorce ?

Seeing anupama’s condition in the Shah house post divorce I am unable to digest that Bapuji kept anupama in the Shah house thinking anything good for her!

I am witnessing extremely selfish and mean shah family and it’s clear anupama ko Anuj jaise healthy wealthy ladke ke sath yeh log settle hota hua kabhi nahi dekh sakte!

They are embarrassing her and questioning her about her relation with Anuj at every given chance! And worst is anupama believes like she is answerable to every next shah member! 🤢

Please share your views on bapuji’s request to anupama to stay at shah house with full of emotional blackmailing!

For food. They know Kavya cannot cook so they want her to do all the household work.

Only Anuj can release her now from this toxic family. Khair dono ki shaadi to hogi ye aage ki story hai par kab yahi dekhna hai. I think bahut drama hoga like Anu pe ilzaam lagega aur taane maarege aur phir Anuj ke saath bahut drame ke baad shaadi hogi.

But i think aaj se Anu ne Vanraaj ko sahi se jawab dena shuru kiya hai aur kal bhi degi par wo Anuj ki company mein hi ab confident ho payegi varna uska to haal divorce ke baad bhi wahi tha Shah family mein rehkar unka kaam karna.

Bapuji ko pata hai livya (lila+kavya) se ghar nahi sambhalega 😆 khud ko in dono ke torture se bachane ke liye Anupama ko rok liya 😈

However, this is my reasoning. Bapuji had a soft corner, was nice to Anupama from the beginning. When V's affair came out, he felt sorry for her. Sorry that it should not have happened to her, sorry that his son was the cause of grief for Anupama. So, he must have decided to do some damage control by giving her a part of share in his property.

All that is good, but knowing Anupama's weakness ( family/baa/bapuji etc) he used that as the bait to retain her in the house. He could not imagine anyone but Anupama running the household, hence the weird arrangement.

I feel, that bapuji thinks he is very progressive and open minded and wants to set an example to the society by giving her all the status as if he would treat his own daughter.

He is not progressive or her savior by any means. In fact, he doesnt understand how big of a disservice he has done to her. His mistakes - does not prevent his wife, baa from continuing to taunt her. Nor does he stop others from illtreating her. He is preventing her fro being independent.

Honestly, if someone loved their bahu as dearly as their own daughter, they would not let this sort of treatment to be metted out.

Anupama OTOH is a fool to give in to his emotional drama. There is no other way to put it, she needs to leave the house. Period. Leaving the house & living seprately does not mean she should disrespect them or anything. She can still continue to have an amicable relationship with everyone.

The way Anupama acts about bapuji medicines etc... is over the top exeggaration. Give me a break!

anupama in shah house is still acceptable as she has kids there... (I would not think of doing it in my dreams even...)

... but wait... as per anuj background.... he kept saying he does not have family..... (better than having shah family).... I have feeling.... that writers will have him move in shah's if he marries anupama 🤣🤣🤣🤣

If anuj wants to stay with family, why not with anupama's mother, brother & nephew ????

I literally felt that after today's episode and monologue about not not having family by anuj n kaka..

Looks like anuj will agree to invest in there kaarkana if he can live at Shah house.

The awkward part would be.. him pining over anupama . But kavya and sweetie going Gaga over anuj.

Because Anupamaa is his daughter... she wasnt just a daughter in law. But a daughter. Bapuji and Anupamaa's bond is like that. And not only that she has a right on his house (stake, her share)... she has made that house - a home.

And also cos Vanraj was being a total douche too and acting high and mighty about the house

I am sorry to say this but bapuji is very selfish..., he knew that only anupama can take care of him whether it’s about cooking, cleaning or managing his medication... basically he gave 1/3 of his house and hired full time maid who earns money for family too... doesn’t he know how vanraj and kavya are... he doesn’t utter a word when kavya was talking nonsense about anuj... why couldn’t he say kavya and vanraj that it’s none of their business what anupama did in her life...

Bapuji kept full time maid in his house... he’s calling that maid his ‘beti’
