So my take goes like this . . Im gonna try and see if it makes sense.
Isra and Shahzaib have reconciled and they probably live in chota house. (Isra in suhagan dress standing near the bench)
Dono jaane lagte hai. Could this be Mummyji and Hammad? they have come to visit Isra. They leave to get back to their house. She looks at them and thinks all of that cuz they have really been with her through this roller coaster when Shahzaib left her.
Then she just looks at Shahzaib's phone. And remembers she has to attend to him and goes near him. Or something basic.
Same thing imagine Shahzaib is dead. The phone scene will work in that situation also. Like she remembers him or something.
Rahi baat bundle ki, so aapko script milti hai episode wise and scenes milte hai day wise
So if thats a last scene of teh show next page can be anotjer scene of the show too

Then at times i feel she is just looking at shah phone and she see her picture only so she is just happy
Since the show is full of repetitiveness too
