Marriage photoshoot is done on Tamil style and Anna style of wearing veshti is Tamil and malayalam style, it's not Telugu style. Pallavi wearing mangalsutra also Tamil style not Telugu way. Wish cvs explore Telugu style when they hero as Telugu.

I'm talking about how grand the celebration is and how important it is for Maharashtrians. I have personally seen the celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi in Maharashtra for over 2 decades. It is bigger than Diwali here. So it makes absolute sense to me that they show this festival in Maharashtrian style.

While I agree there may be many South Indian fans watching this show but it is nothing compared to the trp audience that Maharashtra brings. You would always notice the surprise and happiness of sicku when he sees any south indian fans on his live. Also, I'm a South indian myself and know most of my relatives don't even subscribe hindi channels. They watch regional content which is very strong and not dramatic like ITV shows.

I would like to understand from you what Maharashtrian festivals they showed - vat Savitri, marathi dinner and now ganesh chaturthi. What telegu festivals they could have shown which wasn't shown (let me know coz I'm not aware of hindu festivals or telegu culture).

Why do u think Pallavi hasn't embraced Telegu traditions? We see them eat and cook telegu dishes all the time. The photoshoot was telegu (may be Tamil in reality but for the audience it was shown as telegu) and her mangalsutra is also telegu. I saw a lot of posts which said that some parts of AP/ telengana wear such mangalsutra. It's not a Maharashtrian mangalsutra of 2 vatis.

Honestly, I am not so much bothered about these things because I'm neither Telegu nor Marathi. From a neutral perspective, I find both cultures equally represented in the storyline. They will show more Telegu traditions once the focus is back on Rao family which is the next track.

Loved how Raghvi showed the proof to the family when Mandar was away. As expected, everyone else was shocked and questioned because it was such an unbelievable thing.

VD not believing proof was also expected. He has some blinders on so far as his son is concerned. I loved how Pallavi told him what all he's done. How he'd stalk her and how he also killed her friend. I was glad they didnt forget Devyani. I so wished she brought out the harassment point but shayad kal?

Raghav reveal and holding his fist... Ufff what power this man is.... He called himself tera baap it was so amazing....

I loved the fight sequence it was well shot and performed given the space constraints. I love how Kaka supported Raghvi and Pallavi saved Kaka. She slapped him and it was so amazing. Raghav brought another level of confidence in her in front of a monster like Mandar.

I loved how Raghav held Pallavi by her arms. He was telling everyone she's mine, you dare lay your eyes or hands on her... Raghav would give up anything to save Pallavi. He can't see her in pain even for 2 seconds. Either Rama or aayi will save the day. I guess Aayi will be the savior. I want Mandar to not die so he returns. There are lots of open points which I doubt they will address at this stage.

Precap: I wanted to see more of the date night. More than the episode, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's precap. Hahha

You mentioned all the points Rae. Yes the episode was really good. Everything was out in open - like how Mandar was blackmailing Pallavi and how she was kept forcibly in the D house. Vijay is pathetic. If he doesn't apologize to Raghav for all the crap he said before I am going to be pissed off on him.

I think Mandar might have a temporary exit. And he will be back later as full villain.

And can Hulu please update the episode earlier instead of doing it so late. Idiotic.

They can show Ganesh chaturthi with both the styles.

Rao's with Telugu style and deshkmuk dressed with Maharashtrian Style. If they keep on showing pallavi only on Maharashtrian dressing, what message they're giving?

Cvs should think about it.

General ITV audience has this perception that all five states of South India have same traditions so they can use this show to change that notion but then audience will not be able to connect that's why they are keeping it mix and regional viewers are not liking it.
