As I told you Farhad is just stupid in a sense that he values the wrong person over people who genuinely loves him. He’s wrong that he couldn’t differentiate between right and wrong, but I know people who has lost themselves and went to clinical depression and even attempted suicide or drugs because they couldn’t deal with the reality of losing their first love, so it happens. It’s just he’s sensitive, his whole existence and self worth was being mocked, he lost it from then, he was the ‘useless’ kid all his life and then he gets the reality check of him being good for nothing too, so in such cases I wouldn’t expect him to decide sanely. I hope his parents forcibly take him back with him 😭

If you consider her desires, her social status then how’s she the right one for him? She probably loved him always, but her love only ruined him, had he chosen someone more easily fitting his social status he could be a very happy person today.

Mai yehi bolrihi hu, that Mahi isn’t the wrong choice for Farhad, he does not regret loving her but society will always consider her the wrong choice given how they’re forbidden together and how even if he ruined everything, she still couldn’t take a stand for him.

Farhad’s case is again complicated but a guy like him who would go all nuts just to see his lady once, just to see not anything else, it’s not obsession, it’s devotion, he made wrong decisions that hurt his family but in such scenario nobody has the right state of mind to choose the wiser future too.
