In corporate world, we would not even meet top management unless our position is senior managers n above. Freshers are very far to even see them. Even if we are next below to top management, no one comes to help in our personal problem. Here looks like dev running bakala, so he is everything ie., owner, HR, driver etc..😆.

I hv seen couple who didn't communicate each other for more than 25 yrs but stays under one roof.

But it is better if they seperate n make children understand situation rather dying every day in such toxic environment..
