This is what I got from the FAQs (still a little confusing 😔):

If you are an existing Hotstar subscriber who is eligible for The Disney Bundle offer (i.e. you do not subscribe to any of Hulu, Disney+, or ESPN+), you will have received an email from us on September 01, 2021 with the details. If you are an existing Hotstar subscriber who is not eligible for The Disney Bundle offer, you will have received an email from us on September 01, 2021 with information about refunds.
