I like all of Raghav Rao but I connect more with his emotional scenes. He does it so well. I feel with anger he's more natural and comfortable so for me I can see him put effort in emotional scenes.
Upar se in one interview he said he doesn't use glycerin. So it is so natural that he feels the emotions that RR feels and sheds tears naturally.
Not many actors can cry without glycerin most of the time. It's impressive how good he is this early in his career. Also this role not only gives him scope to portray all kinds of emotions but to improve himself by getting all the practice in. He's had scenes with most characters on the show, and each time you see different chemistry with them, like the character RR has his own dynamics with others on the show. I love it!
The problem is that some people feel if you love one character it means you hate others. I don't get it. I personally like to write about all characters, whether they are good or evil but you call out a character's actions and people start getting defensive. I don't find this forum to be a safe space. Also, just because some people love Raghav and bash Pallavi, some of her defenders think that everyone who loves Raghav automatically hates Pallavi. They don't get that not everyone is like that. Some people love both, others love one and are neutral to the other. Why generalize? It's so unfair.
I personally love analyzing characters and as Pallavi is the female lead I want to talk about her character arc a lot as well, but nowadays I avoid it so that people don't start accusing me of bashing her. It is stifling my creative expression. I always make it a point to see things from the character's perspective, whoever it might be, to help me remain unbiased as much as possible. However, because I tend to write more about Raghav for the reasons mentioned above, and because I've never been accused of bashing him even when I criticize him, most of my posts are related to him and his arc. This in turn makes people think they have the right to accuse me of being biased towards Raghav. Damned if I do, damned if I don't.
Sorry, I didn't mean to vent but I'm just fed up.
I totally understand how you feel...
I have always liked how you try to discuss more about the character arc and criticising the actions rather than supporting it one- sided..
I have seen on EDT how you have written about Amma, Keerti, Sulo and even VD...
Infact yours were the only posts I used to look up too, coz your POV was neutral ...
But as I said it's easy to get sidelined as an RR supporter..
We were all facing the same problem..
I would ask you to continue making your posts, as you said we need to create a balance..

Thanks for your kind words, dear.
The nastiness on the forum affected my mood.
Give me a few days to clear my head and I'll start writing them again.

Great choice I must say...
I like action sequence mostly (which are a rarity now) and his straightforwardness...
He had come a long way in emotional scenes, in the initial epi, it was not that smooth..
Now everytime he cries or becomes sad, we feel so relatable, though not an emo person but the no of times I have tear up coz of him...
He really worked hard to build that connect with the audience so that we feel we are going through Raghav's journey with him. The Hyderabad episodes were gold.
