Yup bts video gives us clear picture how hard it is to creat the scenes

Sai is really blessed with supporting team which allows him to improvise

for me it depends. we buy the ready sliced ones sometimes

but mostly the big cube cheese - then slice that ourselves.

it is cheaper. and thinner - I like that more

and for parties I cube it up myself in smaller parts

but.. we (my place) dont serve that often
