Thats so amazing Prema!! I really love it when men cook and help in the kitchen! Btw did he do his graduation in US? Because you definitely become an amazing cook at the end of itđ
Same! My husband is a much better cook than I am. His forte is Italian cuisine though. Plus he is a Gujju so by default he is a foodie! đđ
Yes he came here for graduate school at 22 did his Masters from Penn State, after graduating stayed back and it is now 25 years he has lived here in the US. He left the house at 18 to do his B.Tech at IIT, Roorkee and always says those 4 years of Engineering in a state where he had never lived Uttarakhand, a cold place for Indian standards taught him life lessons forever (he grew up in Bhubaneshwar and Bombay) as hostel life is brutal plus you have to study. So him adapting to the US life went smoothly for him. He was always the best cook with his room mates in Penn State, when he came back late in the evening after classes there wonât be any food left for him, though he cooked for all of them in the morning before goingđ
I, on the other hand, never stepped out of my house until my masters, then worked for 1 year staying with my parents, got married at 23, came to the US. Ours is a classic Indian arranged marriage, both of us didnât know anything about each other. His Mami lived in the street next to my parents house, knows my mom very well. She was instrumental in getting us together.
Same with my husband, Italian is his best, makes everything Pasta, pizza, Lasagnes, Italian soups and makes his own marinara sauce/pasta sauce and Alfredo sauce as wellđ
His latest try is to make perfect corn tortillas for Tamales, he is working on it.
But he uses too many pots and pans so the kitchen becomes a mess and I am OCD about it, so have to clean myself though he offers to help, I refuse it.
There I have shared my life historyđ

What versatility is he talking about? I havenât seen any improvement in his acting ! Versatile roles karke kya fayda?đđ
You strive and strive and strive
But Alas!!!
Your skills are hell bent on taking a deep sea dive
So, you take inspiration from your buzzing beehive
Setting a goal of winning awards instead of hearts
Doesn't matter if that takes a li'l bit of bribe..
Am I right or am I right??
