I really don't know, all I know is he was really popular in the 00's but his popularity dwindled after that and he mostly did side roles or parallel leads. If he does this show, negative or positive, he's gonna get a lot of publicity and fame

I know of Gaurav Khanna when he was in Kumkum playing her son.

I don’t mind him as Anuj. He can look older with make up and his hair style done well but what I like also that Anuj can be retained as youngish too. We do need someone like that IMO.

Also i wouldn’t even minded if Anuj was alittle younger in his late 30s. As Anupamaa is 42 yrs old i think. Like seeing a younger man and older woman story.

But I’m kinda glad we can make Gaurav look older but have the youngish feel and style too.

Edit - Apparently there is only about 5 yrs difference between them in real life. That’s ok.

They need to bring Anu into this modern era. I know she has been thumbed down for 25 yrs but enuff is enuff. That excuse can only go so far

She is the only character in the show that looks tired, aged 10 yrs...

I was hoping the cancer track was a new beginning for her but man the show bombed after that

I have not seen any works of Gaurav. But many of you are saying that he is a good actor which is great. I don’t have any problem that he looks young compared to Anupamaa. This shouldn’t be a problem because we all have seen oppsite older male, younger females many times in ITV. So it would fine.

The only concern i have is that he should gave a brain for sure. And Anupamaa should not try to give him lectures, sanskaar to make him like herself as she done with Kinjal.
