Also aru's duet with pawan and aru's performance with Florina is the most watched performance of that week!!

I think we will hear a freer Arunita from now on with lot of her own improvisations now that her need for correctness is no longer there.
I am betting that her post Idol songs will be even more thrilling to hear as she can afford to let go!

Kichdi confirms that Aru will sing at the Vedanta Group meet tonight in Mumbai. So it seems that the news regarding her forthcoming engagements is correct.

Me too, loved the way she sang O mere 'shona' re. Yes, this is what I mostly like (although everyone has their own preference) - keep the basic tune same but add or modulate little bit here and there- in your own style - to make the song sound little different and fresh.

Hope someone records these events and uploads them - so we get to hear some fresh songs from Aru. Although I feel, that most probably, they will sing same songs they sang in II, as they did not get time to rehearse new songs. Also will depend on supporting orchestra. But even those same songs, as you said, can be sung with some improvisation.

I expect she will sing a few new songs somewhere over the next 3 days. It is Janmashtami weekend and she is queen of bhajans!
