That's definitely Haaris's house set...the gate is the same. Just check out this video Danish posted on Pak's Independence Day, it comes across to be the same house

Its not Danish's own house for sure because notice the yellow stains at the bottom stone patterns. He and Ayeza would never let such a thing remain in their own house 😆

One more thing, Danish and Ayeza have done photoshoots at different filming houses too, there is one which is being used as the Chota House in Ishq Hai. They seem to be very protective of their privacy (and rightly so), so I doubt the videographer will be allowed to show around the house.

Plus Danish's outfit is definitely Shahzaib.

It has Hammad, Harris and Shahzaib too. I re checked. And it has bts of when Shahzaib and isra come to meet mummyji but see harris already there. Isra stays up and feeds mummyji. Meanwhile harris and shahzaib have a talk and hammad comes down.
