It is not P ka fault nor is she weak because she froze on one ocassion. If R hadn't come to save her on time, she may have reacted later. You never know. It is bad on the makers to make P appear in bad light.

They are going overboard with the harassment scenes and need to tone it down. The pleats scene was obscene because it was without her consent.

Victim blaming is making me cringe.

In Real life most of the assaults are done by close family members or friends. It's really hard to fight against your own people that's why these things happen in RL. So many women chose to keep quiet because of victim shaming.

SNS is outsider so its easy for Pallavi to fight against him. On the other hand Mandy is a family member and D fam won't believe her without proof.

She was scared, shocked and frozen at her place but there was no indication that she was enjoying his advances 😭😭

I think the only good thing about today's scene is that R has seen first hand what P is going through. I will say that P describes what happens to her but in a way where she brushes off how bad it was. But that's in P's nature. She always downplays her own stresses to others.

She tells Raghav how hard it is to manage Mandar but her tone is not fear, it's of anger and annoyance. But this is where R is lacking and is too caught up in his emotions as always. He can't see the underlying feelings and fear she genuinely has. It's not just anger and annoyance, she's downright scared of M. I think up until now R's just been thinking M is a dangerous pest but not s**ually assault type dangerous pest. They're two different things.

But now he's seen it so I HOPE tomorrow is when everything goes back to how it should have been. She knows who he is and they're working together to take M down with more strategizing.

And yeah I'm gonna need him to apologize for adding more onto her plate. I know he thinks its harmless fun bc he knows this is just her "ugh im annoyed anger" not her "fear the consequences anger". But they showed it one times too many. First time is fine bc that was by accident - him touching her hand, second time is passable, bc he wanted to see if she'd recognize him. But today he should've just spent the entire episode trying to tell her. Instead of it only being after realizing she really just couldn't understand him it all.

Tbh the heart sign was dumb as heck. Why did he do that and NOT their ILU sign!?!?! I DONT GET IT. What are the writers smoking?!

Actually the writers should have trashed the episode for today. Only the scenes of Keerti, Sunny, Amma and Raghav added something to the storyline. You know that Keerti is pissed off so she will trick Raghav to sign the divorce papers. Yeah I can handle Sunkee for the progression of the story. It has to happen so I am fine with that.

Other that that - I don't understand why Mandar has to be that aggressive with Swapnil and mocking him in the beginning of the episode. They are showing Mandar as arrogant, self obsessed prick who doesn't waste a chance to insult anyone. In fact in the end of the episode also Mandar was getting angry on Rama and treating him rudely and that too in front of all deshmukhs. None of the family had any doubt as to why Mandar is acting like this ? It is like Deshmukhs are there as furniture. I have not seen one scene of Vijay checking up on Sharda or asking Pallavi how she is faring ? No doctor visits or no talk of future treatments - I don't know why Mandar has to be in every frame? As if others are there only to fill in the screen and Mandar has the maximum role. I get that he is the main character in the track right now but give some meaningful scenes to rest of the cast. Then maybe you need to stuff these kind of stupid scenes to fill in the episode.

Any idea when will Ashok exit out of the show - I am sick of the creepiness and I don't want KHKT track happening here with the forced marriage and what not.

Yes she did object but the instinct after you verbally object is always to pull back. This is why I asked in a different comment if there are any female writers on their team. Psycho or not, she's shown that she can fool, stand up to, and defy Mandar. They don't have to treat her like this just so they can show Raghav be her savior. It's inconsistent writing.

She had the initial grip on her pleats. Like, have her turn around and fix it. Have her pull it back. She's an adult, not a child where someone can just grab something out of her hand, at least not initially. I'm not saying she should've been able to completely ward off Mandar. I'm just saying them showing her struggling more with taking her pleats back from him would've made more sense and more in line with who she is now.

I keep thinking back to how when Raghav cornered her on the street (back in the beginning) and she did actually stand in fear there. He pulled on her pallu to pat her sweat down. She was so scared, she couldn't do a thing. But I also think, Pallavi is not that person anymore. She's developed into a much more stronger woman than what we saw initially.

I think I just get triggered bc I get tired of seeing writers turn strong women "weak" or paralyzed with fear, just so they can have their s.o.'s come save them.
