Three weeks ago, when I was just thinking of picking up this show, I watched some clips on Insta. I saw scenes of Shiva and Dhara and honestly thought they were the couple until I heard him call her bhabi and I was like "what the?" Then watched 2-3 scenes and did wonder whether it was a taboo story. 🤪

Then read the synopsis and checked the cast to know the characters..🤣

It would be super weird now like extremely weird as they play not bhabhi devar but mother son here but they would have looked good in another show as a couple , I don't think that is going to happen now

But no wonder they were short listed as a couple in 2 shows

They even edited out a lot from the sbs segment

Honestly, not a bad episode. Today, I didn't really feel angry at anyone in particular 😆

GauRa scene was nice tbh but I couldn't enjoy it, not after all that we've witnessed.

DevTa scene was more enjoyable today. Rishita wants to work? Good for her! I'm a firm believer in becoming independent. I dislike the prospect of asking someone for money whenever need be. If you have spent all these years studying, put it to good use!

Looooved Raavi thinking of pursuing her studies further! I really hope this wasn't a one-time thing and she actually goes through with it. And I wish we're able to get some ShiVi scenes out of this, in an environment faaaar away from Pandya Niwas, and without the whole family interfering.

Coming to Shiva and him showing off his soccer skills...not a fan. I didn't like it. It was actually disrespectful. But have to give it to him, his aim was good. The potli ended up right at the door lol. I'm gonna take this scene as him missing Raavi and not wanting to admit it. So seeing her stuff, he took it as a way to catch a glimpse of her :)) I will conveniently forget the kick

Also, I couldn't get the Raavpaal meme out of my head while watching that sindoor scene....lol

GauRa scene was ok. Can’t conbect to them anymore. When Gaumbi knows they will get back, Why thrashed shiva yesterday? And why Bhabhi controls everything- still?

Devta: Dev has no plans. Gaumbi better not listen to him. Rishita wants to do a job , and she should but mahasaas won’t approve. As she wants more phast phast bachchas, and Dev as usual will stay mum!

Will be a chamtkar if they show either of them standing up to do what they feel right- like however Stupid it is, Shiva & Raavi atleast did.

This is becoming like the baby track. I was very apathetic to the whole baby announcement- a few months back I would have been excited and happy for GauRa to see it. But they went about it in the worse possible way 😳

Exactly..they r stretching the negative factor a but too much on every track.. I dnt knw if it will be good for trps..but they r literally killing our emotions for the show..

It is not us being negative.. it is them giving out all the negative feelings...otherwise we all r very positive people right. .😆

It is better than showing both of them devolving. Both are behaving terribly juvenile. I really am not able to ship them. I am not loonking forward to when they get together, because of the way teh characters have been written at this point

Exactly my feelings...I mean..if tomorw they suddenly show Shiva and ravi maybe someone gets into an NDE.. and everything becomes very emotional..and they both aploligize and profess love for each other.. I dnt think I will like it..I lost the connection..I can't feel there love anymore..then definitely need to clear their head and get individually matured before going further with anything to make shivi work..

Shiva ka misconception ki woh Raavi ke bina khush reh lega is already being challenged. Kehta hai that he's happy ke Raavi aur uski baatein nahi hai...par phir room mein jaata hai where their memories are the strongest Kehta hai that it's nice to have the room clear of her pasaara...but jab drawer mein he sees her stuff toh itna ghusa that he wants to go to her right there and then.

Dusri taraf, Raavi ka misconception that baat na karne se she'll be able to forget everything and move on faster It's great that she's actively trying to move on and build her life. But jab tak you don't confront the issue, it's going to fester. Thoda introspection toh kare to figure out how and where everything went wrong. Kab tak they'll play tit for tat vala game?🤔

Agar shadi ke din Raavi ne sindoor ko thuk raaya, toh ab Shiva has to do it with his soccer kick.🤔

Agar din mein Raavi came with the dhol, toh raat mein Shiva came to personally return her stuff. 🤔

I'm sure kal it's Raavi ki baari to return something to show ki usse bhi Shiva ki yaadein nahi rakhni. 🤔

I'm guessing this vicious cycle will continue for a couple more weeks, especially since next week seems to be Gaura focused. Unka din bhi toh aana tha

Something which irked me was Suman asking for kids from DevTa. Woman....chill. Seriously. GauRa literally just gave her good news today and she's already on another DIL's case. It's just so inappropriate.

Women like her make me go UGH because being of the same gender, how are you able to sprout such nonsense? Women aren't born in this world as baby-making machines. There is so much more to life than giving birth. And every woman has a right to make a choice for herself on whether she wants a child or not and when she wants to have one.

A little side note from a quite recent incident from personal experience and why such things bother me. A cousin of mine always tells me whenever she is asked by random family members how when her time to 'puri belo' will come...basically when she'll get married because apparently, 27 is too old of an age. I've always been bothered by this thing. Why women are expected to be married by a certain age, spend their lives slaving away in the kitchen, and then pop out a baby.

I wish ITV would break these stereotypes. Unfortunately, that'll never happen.
