This had the potential to be the best itv show.

A heartwarming family drama with so many stories to tell.

Three couples at different stages of their relationship.

Anita's redemption and her story with hardik.

A story about girls torn between maayka and sasural.

A layered childhood connection wala love story.

A story about a high society girl adjusting in a middle class family.

A story about a middle aged couple going through fertility issues.

A story about undertone sibling rivalry.

All this coupled with an amazing starcast and a couple with a crackling chemistry.

They spoiled it with their own hands.i sometimes wonder would the story have been any different if the show was still in the 11pm slot.💔

You have said beautifully! However unfortunate it may sound we can't blame the makers completely.. the online audience would have gone gaga over it but if such a story wouldn't have gotten TRPs then the channel would have axed the show. It seems to be a sad reality that the TRP audience doesn't seem to like shows with complex, wholesome relationships 😕

I wonder if the makers are trying to make dev more likeable by making him the only person to try to understand Shiva 🤪

We might get Dev giving marriage gyaan to Shiva again.. we have to be prepared for that 🤪

I will tolerate dhara for one time but no dev....they can't do anything to make the person likable to me atleast....

I would love if Shiva says no to Dhara, even if it means a longer separation for ShiVi.

And for Raavi to wonder why Shiva is being so adamant and won’t even listen to the one person who means so much to him. This would have been a great way for her to start reflecting and actually reading the signs that have been there for so long. How bad are things that Shiva won’t even listen to Dhara. So many questions and thoughts for Raavi to delve into.

Maybe Shiva has a nightmare where he is unable to save her on the day of the wedding. He gives her a call to make sure she’s okay but doesn’t talk.

She yearns to listen to his voice wondering how they ended up where they are now. She tells him that his number is still saved so she knows it’s him.

He can’t resist responding with his typical dry humor and they both break into a chuckle in between tears. How could they pass up the chance to bicker with one another… And then, both of them become silent remembering their fight.

This goes on each night. And one day he asks to meet. She wants nothing more.

They meet up, reminisce their childhood days and agree that this marriage has brought out the worst in them. They can’t recognize themselves anymore. Both decide to part ways and move on in life.

I was like yes exactly until the end lmaoo but I don't blame anyone for this please. Makers have made a mess

I've been trying to write something? Makes me realise makers did make a mess of things. But like I would love if they have an honest conversation among the stars, maybe Raavi talking about her parents and then Shiva shares about his childhood, saying how he never had anyone who would listen to him before this and it gives them both perspective. This is of course after she thrashes her friends lmao

Like baby steps, I guess.

Positives:

-Shiva’s monologue- touched my viewer heart. Gadhedo chhe, needs to share his turmoil with someone. Gaumbhi, where are you??

-Raavi shutting off Maami. Keep at it, learn to go beyond facades- lifeskill she badly needs to acquire.

- Rishita telling Dhara to leave them alone. Her sole practical moment of the day.

Negatives:

- Dev. Utterly selfish as usual, all he cares for is his own guilt. Nothing else. Idiot had a talk with Shiva , he still has not figured out all is not well with his brother.

- Rishita. Helloooooooo Mrs. Wokinist: know someone named Janu Seth? Seen how he behaves with his wife?? Any expert comment / Andolan there?

I said before: bipolar tendencies. she has some practical points but she messes things up by stretching things beyond parameters. Different strokes for different folks.

1. Before passing a judgement knowing both sides of the story is basic wise thing to do. Especially in issue like this.

Did she even bother to ask why he thrashed her friends? She and for that matter whole family assumed he did it because they talked with Raavi.

2. She badmouths Shiva at a drop of a hat. Jaahil junglee gawar what not. Not even once any of the brothers or her MeraDev or Dharabhabhi the great have felt the need to stop this.

Family needs to be AWARE of their this constant abuse Shiva has faced & course correct now- like yesterday!

This is one prick that shiva is carrying in his heart, and is himself not aware of it.

3. Rishita’s MeraDev : is not mahan. She can give him one divorce each day. He manages to consistently mistreat her.

Didn’t she feel like divorcing him when he just walked away without giving her hand on the road? Woh bhi toh pure Somnath ne dekha.

4. What about thappad- it was Raavi's instant reaction, valid but doesn’t that add question in rishita’s Otherwise inquisitive mind?

Imho: creatives have read support of Rishita’s practical stand (good) have seen VMs and feel this works with audience.

Yes, it does - but only until it is not one way.

Today, the way she behaved at dining time- was inconsiderate- not feminist - apathetic stand.

This inconsistency & sometimes selfish stands of Rishita is One reason I am not too big of a fan of her.

how many times people have shut her up when she insulted shiva or matter of fact anyone else in the house .....only shiva does when it's someone else....kisi ko bhi ye karte nahi dekha for shiva....

matlabhi sabhi....I don't care about YKB 🤗every 2 seconds when u don't mean it real for every member.....especially Shiva....

and barsati mendhak pata hai na? same is Rishita....whenever suits jhande leke aa jati hai....his father is abusive to both sisters and wife and his own sister is abusive towards him....kya soch ke muh kholti hai pata nahi.....though she has good points but it doesn't make difference when she is selfish and uses whenever she wants...she herself is very abusive ......mentally kitna torture kiya hai usne dev ko raavi ko....she is getting back from dev which is wrong too....

in this whole matter dev doesn't get to speak and someone has to slap him hard to make him understand....kya soch ke chup raha shaadi tak? and kya soch ke chhoda raavi ko? ab gyan devi and devta ban ne aa gaye....sorry but no one needs u...
