Is character assassinating a fl is good just because ml is insecure?

See I gave up on pandya stores long before but the recent episodes has him seething in anger. I heard the words shiva uttered to Raavi and it was so disgusting to hear. The og version never had this track, yeah shiva had his own insecurities but he never put them on raavi in the og and never questioned her character mainly. I understand his insecurities or his pain but I'm sorry I can't sympathize with a ml who questions his wife's character because he can't handle his own insecurities. You can't come up with justifications for this matter, yeah Raavi is not perfect either she has done her own mistakes and flaws but doesn't justify Shiva's behaviour with her. He has shred her dignity into pieces with his words. No woman deserves this kind of behaviour. Either the director give proper redemption track to shiva or they are going to end up spoiling this already butchered ship. I literally hate when the ml questions the fl's character and people come up with justifications for it. It happens in every then and now in itv shows. It pisses me very badly because as a woman I would never tolerate a man questioning my character and even think of going back to him.
