It has been only 1 episode, she started her emotional blackmail. I think we are in for another suicide drama or sick drama this time from Dhara, hence Shiny’s hospital story.

If I may say this, I don't consider Pandya Store to be a remake. In fact, I stopped considering it to be a remake around the time of the kangan kaand. I watched the Telugu version (which was a true remake, following the OG as best as it could in the early days). Pandya Store, though, has changed many of the characters. GauRa are younger, ShiVi have a childhood equation, Dev believes being an older brother protects him from apologizing, Suman is much more vocal... to say the least. After changing this much, they tried to follow the OG tracks (while entering new tracks such as the GauRa + Anita triangle), but in mixed-matched order, causing the show to become even more confusing. So, personally, I feel it's better to say Pandya Store is loosely inspired by the OG.

With that being said, I wholeheartedly agree, Shiva and Raavi are mere shadows of their former selves. Considering their background, I don't think it was right to have this misunderstanding + Shiva breakdown scene. Shiva was someone who was completely comfortable in his own skin. He prided in his work and didn't mind the masalas or the oil as that reminded him of the store. If anything, they should've postponed the breakdown to 7-8 months into their marriage. That way, Shiva and Raavi could've had the chance to get to know each other. It would've given us a proper track of Shiva slowly falling in love, where both of them realize all their similarities, and where the audience realizes what marriage means to Raavi. The entire breakdown could be based on how Raavi wants to continue her nok-jhoks with Shiva (and hence has no plans to become his lover) while Shiva wants to take his relationship to the next step. The diary could've been the final nail in the coffin as he realizes he is nothing like the Prince Charming Raavi always wanted.

This misunderstanding was so poorly placed that I have no idea what's keeping ShiVi together other than his family. I can list all the reasons they shouldn't be together... but I can't come up with any reason of why they deserve each other... Pre-marriage ShiVi, though, I could sense the chemistry and care. Shiva was Raavi's watchful protector. It didn't matter if she didn't love him, he protected her all the same. And her... it didn't matter who was in the room, she somehow cared about Shiva's opinion the most. Even when she knew he would mess things up, she smiled and enjoyed his presence. They were so perfect together that you could only think, "I know this hurts right now, but trust me, you two are destined to be with each other!"

Now I've lost all that And if they show me a track full of compromise and "Let's beat all the emotions out of Shiva and Raavi so they can be with each other"... I'm out.

I don't know if this separation track can bring back some of their original essence, but I hope it does 😕

I think overall the episode was good. Didn't like all the balme being shifted on Shiva and was upset that Raavi of Shiva's imagination confirms his doubts and insecurities as he starts to have a little hope. "Agar Main tujhe Chahta, toh bhi tu Jaati?"And Raavi's imagination is like Rishta Pyaar se nahi, compatibility pe chalta hai. I was hoping the dialogue said trust and respect, but this was from Shiva's imagination, where he thinks he did right by pushing her away. He never not trusted her. And disrespect was to push her away.

Rishita though had all her anger out Shiva, she did tell one thing right. For Dhara to mind her own business like always. OMG the dialogue was 100% picked up from here because it was almost verbatim to what we've been hoping and saying. But Majal hai makers and Dhara will listen to us. What's the next thing she does?!Bring ShiVi face to face and forces them to apologize per the precap.😡 MYOFB.

Liked Raavi not revealing things to her Maasi and Anita. Because once they find out, they'll add some spices to the scenario and fill her ears. Shiva knows he misses her, but doesn't know how to deal with it.

Ya rabba song. Sigh. They don't have love between them (at least from Raavi's side), so it was hard to hear that song. The only reason I'll give it a pass is because in case it was meant as symbolism. It was the song that they were married to. At the time, she was at crossroads because of Dev. She's again at a broken relationship crossroads and this time, it's because of Shiva. Liked the fbs that were used there.

I was hoping that the next phase is samajhna, but it won't be because of the forced apology. And the divorce drama.

P.s, they shot for divorce before this scene per BTS, correct? Wow so they don't have much of a bank as none of them seemed to be shooting the last few days. I wonder if they're waiting waiting for TRPs and our response to see how they want to proceed.
