Yes, He does not have that Roy Choudhary rutwa that Ani and Trilochan carry with themselves.

Sad thing is preleap, the actor who played Som managed to show that style and carry it off well. I dunno why they decided to make Som this way post leap? He was like a mini Binoy preleap and now, he doesn't even look part of the family.
