Mera opinion hai she shouldn't BLAME him for it but it is okay if she also considers him accountable for bringing her to that point too. She has declared infront of everyone, even if it meant to get thrown away by her family, torture by everyone's hands and a painful death for him... so it has to eventually hurt her that he still did not open his mouth infront of everyone for her.
