Then as the grandchild and niece of police commanders and a former detective myself, Raavi herself will be charged under domestic violence, assault in the 2nd degree for the slap. A lawyer and I can even argue her words/actions as psychological/mental abuse.

lol.. I think you should see the episodes before mukteshwar. Raavi has called him a jaahil and a gawar multiple times

One of her exact dialogues during the gamcha scene in the haveli: "what a complete gawar."

If Shiva has not behaved well towards Raavi, then she is no angel either. She has given as good as she has got, and hurt him enough with her words. Both are in the wrong, but only Shiva is getting the larger share of the blame (if not the entire blame).

That's true. But if they can't give him money, and Shiva doesn't have a place to stay, he will have to find a way for himself. That means finding another job. The store can be handled by the 3 bros who will learn the value of Shiva with heavy lifting as well as the feeling of being around Tel Masala smells (like Sara described in her ff).

Plus when he reunites, they can seriously consider one or other brothers working outside of PS, to lessen the financial burden. It's about time!

The whole point is everyone realises that shiva and raavi both are at fault somewhere.some may swing to raavi's side more, some may swing to Shiva's side.the problem is the makers are showing shiva bearing the brunt of his mistakes but not raavi.

Gombi raises his hands on shiva when he hears that he questioned raavi's character.

Why didn't dhara raise her hand on raavi when she heard that raavi slapped shiva?

Why did no one ask shiva why he did so? The family knows him, right? There was a dlg of dhara.
