omg thank you so much. So this is before she gets hurt. I am guessing after this, Simran might be home.. after Tejo gets hurt. Maybe she requests kushbeer to get her home and he agrees for Tejo's sake..

The family get together is most likely for simran's homecoming... I think Sandhus might be there to visit Tejo after she comes home from the hospital.

Mom is ok ... she is extremely weak so that is issue of concern.. doc is trying to avoid surgery seeing her health condition... but still he told us to be prepare as they might need to do it...

We r just praying she recovers without surgery.
