A girl from our batch, who was the Cultural Secretary of the college that year- complained to the authorities about facing harassment (mainly passing lewd comments) from 2 of male senior resident doctors. The accused stood their ground, college administration mainly sided with them- our whole batch revolted in support of the girl. Though the college administration tried their best to shush the noise, but she came from an influential family. So unka zor nhi chala. The best they could do later was ban our whole batch from any kind of celebrations for coming two years 🤣. That was our penalty for raising our voice but we didn’t complain. We were like nhi chahiye 💁🏻‍♀️
