I personally don't like Raavi as a character much but I'll agree with you on this 💯. The Pandyas behaved like real opportunists in using Raavi's dobiness and not letting her know about Dev's true feelings.

In fact the moment they got to know about Dev-Rishita's relationship , they should have informed Raavi. But no, they decided to keep her as an option until they got a nod from Janu's family which, ultimately, they didn't get and went on with their planning like before for the sake of rishtas, samman and all that , never caring a hoot about what the girl may have to go through in future.
