You're right about the promos. You barely get to see any promos about this show. SP only focuses on the already well performing shows :/

I think Sai has promoted the show online more than Siku himself. Nowadays both Sai and Shivangi are promoting the show so maybe eventually things will improve. With the recent SaiShi content, people have been going crazy on insta, so that creates a bit of hype too hopefully.
