You're right. Dev is the culprit. Once he learned his lesson, but eventually unlearned it when he resumes going to the office.

Yes, Sonakshi needs to stand against Ishwari and Dev. But the problem is, the kids are also seeing her fighting with people. Otherwise, she could give a earful very well.

B - They completely killed the logic in the show.

1) Faded relationship between Devakshi - Yeah, they were married for 10 years but for 7-7.5 years, they were separated. Only for 2-2.5 years, they stayed under same roof, but still their love fades away. It is true that romance or love fades as years passes but not this soon.

2) Baby swap - Single nurse involvement in impossible and gender swap is not possible because as soon as the baby was born, the doctor confess the gender to the one in OTT.

I am actually glad that Asha is not there to advice Sona. Asha was Sonakshi's sounding board with whom she could vent out all her frustrations & anger but it is also a fact that most of the time Asha ended up giving useless advice to Sona. She usually advised her to compromise & adjust in her married life with Dev & the Dixit family.

I would prefer anyday to have a protective father who will always have my back & that is exactly what Bijoy is to Sona.. He may be strong headed but he has never been wrong in reading the maa beta. Just because Asha was the calm one & Bijoy the hot tempered one, Asha got all the credit for her diplomatic advices which ended up most times with Sonakshi compromising on her self respect. I can never forget nor forgive her for the stupid advice she gave Sonakshi on Dev's birthday due to which Sonakshi forgave him so easily for having stood her up at the restaurant all alone in the middle of night while he celebrated his birthday with his mom & other family members & that too just because he didn't have the guts to tell his mom about the birthday plans which they had already made.

Bijoy has only interfered in her personal life when Sona came to him for advice or when he perceived his daughter was not being treated well by Ishwari & Dev. He may sound rude in his behaviour with Deveshwari but then the truth is always hard to hear. Also he has given some really sound advice to his dumb SIL. I am glad that in a society where women are expected to compromise on their self respect & dignity and are often left to their fate & destiny once they are married off, there is a Bijoy who will not let any one ill treat, abuse or disrespect his daughter as long as he is alive.
