I had an inkling he was real bc 1) i don't think MHRW wanted to dabble in dopplegangers and 2) Aayi had hinted how internally messed up Mandar was because of his bad relationship with VD was and how bad of a father VD was. With the general ITV Trope of the 1st Marriage being the ultimate one for 7 janams, I didn't think they'll bring back the OG Mandaar... but I really wanted the Original one cos that would have made for a far superior plot.

So CVs score 💯 for me for doing that.

I wanted a good plot of showcasing how a Toxic Parent can turn a child into whatever you don't generally expect. At this point I'm just happy that Pallavi was never really had to stay even a day with this Guy.
