That's why Pak dramas are better - it's limited episodes, except for something that my mom is watching.

Or iTv should go in the direction of seasonal format - Kuch Rang is trying but again, they too seem to be dragging bit there.

As a sport I love badminton but I found it interesting that even a Pakistani show currently has a FL who plays it. Agreed that it's typical and they should try another sport. Maybe it's the easiest to portray?

I wouldn't say they are copying, more like remakes since the channels/PH are taking their own shows and remaking them for the Hindi language audience. It's annoying because it shows there is no creativity left. Shows are either remakes or new seasons of old shows (unnecessary because a show with 500-1000 episodes really does not need more seasons). 🤪

I guess badminton is kind of popular because of two famous women personalities acing the sport😛 but I feel there are so many other sports that people are not aware of that could be shown too; just to have audience open up. I doubt many people knew much about Athletics Javelin throw till Neeraj Chopra got medal.

Shows which are not copy-pasted won't get trps to be honest. My problem is that hindi tv series world had moved on to show better relationship dynamics. One-night stands, extra-marital affairs, being suspicious (lack of trust) were all pretty common during - Kasam Se and KZK times; even KZK2 had much more power to story where Prerna did not sit and cry but came back to show Anurag his place, Ishita-Raman and so on. But yes, hindi shows had moved on to portray woman in better light, to show love leaves no space for jealousy and doubts and stuff.

Seems like Bengali shows were still stuck in that era of our old shows and copying them makes pulls down hindi tv-series back in those regressive content era where love one marry another was a norm. 🤪

Balika Vadhu, SSK 2, Saathiya ka third version - stupidity original version had 2 generations dealt... Jahan scope nai wahan kya karna hai...

Next time se tag me for any show that has 'Decent' but grey shaded characters too 😆 in a show - Shaurya Sabarwal, Jai Walia... Or some good angry old characters - Akshat Jindal or Raghav Singhaniya types 😆

I am all in if chatacter has a greay angle. It's better to start that way rather then showing happy go lucky guy whose chatacter illogically takes negative angle just for TRP🤓
