So first parallels

Parallel no 5: the bike ride - from AC 's house to T house after that shouting incident - she never asked bS for help even though he started being mild towards her and also when he came to pick her up on bike she denied saying she will come in rickshaw it was BS who insisted but here malini not only lied for company but also lied to her sister. She too was in a vulnerable state but she never used it for her favour and wronged Malini to get re instated in her position.

Parallel 6: reactions during difference of opinions- we have seen the reactions of BS and Malini whenever they had difference of opinion be it during Imlie ka b'day gift, admission there difference of opinions either resulted in grumpy malini resulting in BS saying yes to whatever she says ya fir chawl ki ladayi thereby making it a tamasha at world level or a ego issue whereas here there has been multiple times bs and Imaliya have had difference of opinions but either they make the other understand or agree to what other says sometimes even if they themselves don't like today in KC's case.

After listening multiple times from BS that he can not give anything to Imaliya,when she starts noticing development of pheels ,she consciously started distancing herself from BS and kept on reminding him as well about Malini time to time and this doesn't mean Imaliya has never did any wrong thing she did by hiding it even after being pushed multiple time by BS say truth or not pushing or negating BS's advances more sternly ,but she she never intended to do anything intentionally or with vengenance with BS or malini.

Today's scene which I think not as much highlighted is the stature of Malini that Imaliya holds in eyes.the way Imlie opened up on the pheels that she holds for malini was mind-blowing,it reminded me of the same scene at the bus stand between bs and Imaliya ,both the times she was fearful and hurt of doing something she doesn't want to do. It seemed atleast to me that she was literally begging to her to save their relationship,malini and Imaliya's relationship,and tell truth of whatever she feels, Imlie knows what is wrong but she wants to hear from horse's mouth so that she can save their relationship,this is how much malini matters to her ,to compare her with her maayka.My heart went out to her in that scene. She will be really hurt when she will face the truth.

Whitewashing for malini won't work for me.

Mann gaaye flowerji aapki Parkhi nazar aur analysis dono ko … bas nirma super se whitewash nah ho jaaye DD ..Parallel six is apt … I mean if Adi said taste badal sakti hain tht also was a problem and was shared with her dad … during hari om cake wala incident.. I think DD wanted a perfect relationship where everything was just in sync and perfect …. She is very confused … I hope Adi soon brings up the divorce topic ..

While everyone mentioned about the other scenes, I truly agree with you on Imlie's scene with Malini today. So many things just clicked for me in a way that was not fitting earlier.

People who have siblings will never understand the pain of an only child. That feeling of being an outsider when your friends always have that one person who will be there as your support no matter what. For Imlie, Malini was that sibling she had been craving for, long before she even knew they were related. She had given that place to her, because she truly had considered her as an elder sister, which was why she could never really get on board with Adi choosing her over Malini for a long time. Even when Adi convinced her that staying with Malini is not benefitting anyone of them, she still was trying to push him to her, just so that Malini would be happy and age could be happy with having Malini in her life as well.

That is why this feels even more heartbreaking. While I detest Malini's character and nothing she does can ever justify her actions to me, the issue is that her confusion today showed that abhi tak uski decency poori tarah mari nahi hai. Agar puri mar jaati toh whitewash karne ke liye bhi kuch na rehta - like AC. Malini was on the tether and today Imlie could have pulled her to the decent side, but since she was given a chance to choose - she wanted the easier path that will lead her to lose true sibling love, even if she gets her obsession.

No matter what happens, jab Imlie ko pata chalega toh uska dil really toot hi jayega and it will never be able to trust as completely again and that bothers me more than anything else DD will do to hold on to BS.

For me I feel multiple times Imaliya keeps malini above bs too and even today I felt that that if Malini would have said she wants to be with BS , Imaliya would have at the same moment backed out but she resorted to cheapest possible way.

I can at any point can sympathize with her now but empathize na ho payega ab👎🏼
