She is in the same mangala gaur costume so Im guessing the jhaad is the aftermath of her conversation with Raghav.. She is confused about the previous night, worried about what Raghav said and his reactions..upar se ye panauti aake pareshan kar raha hoga to jhaad diya. I think its more irritability than anything in that scene.. helping him is costing her too much and that is starting to irk her now.. but since she is yet not aware of his sinister plans yet, she will go back to being Florence Nightingale. But her attitude towards Raghav needs to change.. she should try putting herself in his shoes and imagine how much all this is hurting him..maybe then she can re-evaluate just how much involved she wants to be in this whole Mandhar treatment scheme of things.
