Oh now that aapne baat chedi hi hai toh, how about you hold the door for someone out of sheer politeness and that person just walks through without even acknowledging you and before you recover from the shock 2-3 more people use you as their muft ka door keeper? 😆

I have pet peeves in different areas.

At work, incompetence drives me insane. I have a really hard time dealing with colleagues who don't do their job well.

In my relationship, it bothers me when I keep talking and all he can say is hmm.

In general, ignorance, especially hateful ignorance bothers me. So much of that around now and it is costing us lives.

In Bollywood movies a lot gets under my skin. Calling them pet peeve makes my dislike for them sound mild.

1. Overacting. I would rather take underacting than overacting.

2. Unnecessary songs.

3. Spoon-feeding the audience where there is no such thing as subtlety. Bollywood movies are of course full of it. Oh look what a nice girl, she is helping this poor man cross the road and hugging orphan kids.

4. Pervert male protagonists.

People who are greedy and cannot control when they see food.

Couple of relatives have this attitude towards food. They cannot control themselves around. For them leftovers stored in fridge does not exist. They eat whatever is served and even whatever is available in serving bowl. They do not mind stealing food like eggs and pieces of non vegetarian food and even paneer from plates of small children.

I have seen one man in late thirties stealing food so much from everyone that even his only child refuses sit to eat or drink next to her father. His own nephew prefares to sit next to his wife or other females. I was shocked when a seven year old kid who has not known me much prefares to sit next to me in all her meals. This kid literally swallows her meals so her own father would not steal it.

Her grandmother is extremely miser too. She does not let anyone enjoy her food until she took majority of everything. She throws tantrum if the best is not served to her. She buys things for herself but does not shares with anyone. But she demands share from everyone's food.

I do not like such people who have no control around food.

I don't know if Kangana and people like her are mild enough to be a peeve. She's a menace. But yeah I get what you mean.

Mine ..hmm clumsy feet in open shoes with the toes looking like bonsai potatoes . The second toe CANNOT be as big as the big toe or bigger. That should be a punishable offence. The pinky toe shouldn't look like it's wandering off the foot. It should stay close to the other ones like a shy sibling. And there shouldn't be a gap between the front toe and the second toe. That ruins everything !!

See this is why p*rnography can be a terrible thing. Ugly feet are always up in the air.

Deja vu threads.

When I run out of sandwiches. When I wanna eat a sandwich (especially with cheese and I cant) Im pissed 😆

People who crib too much.

Especially those in work.

Like they will complain about everything from not being able to open a simple computer or do simple troubleshooting themselves to crying about how tough the job is. As if hum log toh maa ke pait se seekh ke ayye hain.

Than there is another bunch, confirmwhores.

Like they ask you something, you answer them, than they go to another supervisor to confirm.

Toh bdsk mere paas pehle ayya hi kyu.

And lastly the askholes. They will ask for your advice and than go on to do, what they like. I am seriously, toh pucha hi kiyu for advice.

When people don’t follow rules 🙈

Breaking queues.

Breaking traffic signals.

Honking non stop.

Honking especially when the signal is red and urging you to move so that they can pass through.

Honking, the second the signal goes green at you to move, AS IF, I was planning on putting up a camp and stay there 😳

I have SO many pet peeves that I get annoyed with myself for having them -_-

• I cannot look or touch any hand that has bitten nails. I'm so obsessed with this that I will zoom into any photo just to look at their fingers. I can tell from a glimpse whether they bite their nails.
• Applying nail polish ON the bitten nail is enough to put me into a coma.
• Scrapped nail polish is disgusting. You either maintain your polish or wipe it right off the moment it starts chipping.
• Nail hygiene is very important. Any dirt underneath nails or overall untrimmed nails (especially in men) is gross.
• If we are sharing popcorn or a packet of chips, you do not lick your fingers and put those same fingers into the packet. That leads to another issue I have. I won't eat chips/crisps that have already been opened in my absence - because I have no knowledge or eyewitness testimony to see if you have licked your fingers and dug in again.
• I feel queasy about shiny noses (I cannot explain this pet peeve. It makes no sense to anyone else except me). If you have a shiny nose, then I will automatically assume you have shiny fingers and toes. LMFAO. I cant.
• I can't touch paper if you have scrunched it up in a ball, especially small pieces of paper rolled into a ball with your fingers. I automatically imagine them to be boogers or spitballs that have been rolled with your fingers. I'll use a tissue to pick the paper up.
• Scrapping utensils on the plate hurts my ears. Chewing loudly and making slurping/smacking noises with your mouth is a pet peeve.
• Talking during a movie really really really pisses me off.
• I do not like tight asses. No matter how broke I am, I will always share my last dollar/meal with others. This isn't even limited to financial things. Being a tight ass with information such as sharing recipes or general information that people are interested in is just sad and petty.
• Mean people. OMFG. People who are proud to be 'bitchy', often describing themselves as having an attitude. You are not cool. This isn't elementary school. Nobody likes mean people. There is nothing to be proud of Karen.
• Pessimistic people. This is my soul-sucking pet peeve. Don't dampen my happiness or positivity by always being so negative.
• Cat haters. How dare you.
• Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra is my pet peeve in human form.

I'm going to STOP right here 😆 I haven't even started on all my other pet peeves and I've already written a novel.
