True. The only thing he can do is actively keep watch on oily and try to find something against her. Also make sure that he isn't caught in one of her slippery traps

Even with Maami, they only cut her off when she crossed absolutely all limits. Despite knowing how she is, they give her free access to their home and conversations 🤷‍♀️

Gaumbi should have stuck to his guns lo also they keep on dumbing down dhara for anita. But i think the actors give off this look like aha he knows but its all for nothing lol stop setting us up lol i think the actors are also getting fed up with knowing oily is faking lol

To Gaumbi's credit- he did want to stop the wedding and wanted to make sure Anita had a choice to refuse. He was well aware any girl marrying him would suffer and he did not want that. He did send her a video clearly stating his state and asking her approval. Of course this is ITV and they setup situations for maximum drama. Otherwise, the entire matter could have ended amicably with Gaumbi directly approaching Maami and Anita, telling the truth and breaking off the wedding without anyone knowing.

That said, with all the justice on her side, Anita was very nasty breaking her wedding. She made a huge spectacle in front of everyone, instead of calling Gaumbi to a private chamber and refusing in private. She also abused Suman and the kids in front of all the guests and accused Dhara and Gaumbi in colluding to cheat them. This is huge for someone like Gaumbi- he might have grown up with her, but there is a line you should not cross, even with the people you love. What Anita dod was irreversible.

Who knows, if they amicably broke off, Gaumbi might have still loved her, and possibly married her once his financial situation improved 🤷‍♀️

I think mami played a huge role in messing up anitas life then lol she set her up for a big fall and when she blew up at gaumbi it was over and her real grievance of the truth being hidden and all this responsibility on her was washed away. That scene at the wedding was hilarious though lol the pandya family needs some reality checks about people once in a while but they never learn their lesson do they lol
