That is there.... I dnt know much about joint family, but from wat my parents experienced, the head tries to distribute things as equally as possible.

The one earning, at times used to do extra for his immediate family. An at times, it was obvious even in front of the kids..... So thoda toh hota hai...

It is more of the understanding the family as a whole unit has and the smartness, oversmartness and cunninness u possess to get things for self.

Karishma ka situation is actually sad..... Depending completely on third party is bad.... But she is also not correct in not supporting her husband.... Tedha hai par tumhara hai and supporting him should be your things more so when it was a love marriage.

They become rich or poor as per their wish. 🤣 Toh kabhi gifting a saree is insulting because they don't have the aukat to gift expensive sarees but then apparently CN Holi is the best Holi party of the city. 🤪

Pahle they were like any normal family 👪 😂

Let us not bring things which will happen in future as it may depend on cvs and channel .. but the reason for so much disparity is they live in a family home most probably built by their grand father . So Nagesh Chavan , ninad , omi have a stake .. also the daughters shivangi n Mansi have a stake .. happens in India ..

Since all of them except shivani have one child .. so even they get their parents share of the family property not divided

They don’t have a family business it is shown that most of the males are in armed services .. except Mohit n omi ..

So each male must be contributing to family expenses

Omi must be giving Mohit’s share .. rest of the make the expense for utilities and food expenses

now virat is an IPS officer .. they have a lot of perks plus a good salary .. they get rental allowance, all medical expenses for themselves plus spouse is covered .. even their travel expenses are taken care off …. That is the reason virat is richer than others .. something that patralekha had highlighted during the sari gift fiasco ..

Karishma is quite worse off because her husband is not earning .. that’s why her state is worse than an unpaid maid in the house ..it is sad that Sai never tells her devar to start doing something more .. karishma should go out n work ..

and Kaku should sympathise with her rather than threaten her to throw her at mayka .. Sai even without virat is a lot financially stable as her father left his savings n pension to her plus her scholarship money .. but Mohit Karishma are weak
