I have had multiple tiffs with my father calling out his BS and misogyny most of the time. One time, he broke down crying and said Umar ka lihaaz something.

I calmed him down, and we went through a rivetting discussion about calling out BS as essential irrespective of age and gender. Now, I have taken it up to send him videos, articles etc., to show him where he was wrong.

There's a whole process, and now he understands having such conversations.

I remember how my dad threatened to kill himself with Zehar De do drama when my sister was going through a divorce.

I fought like crazy with them and kept my ground saying that don't put nonsensical pressure on my sister to stay in an abusive marriage because log kya kahenge crap!

So, this generational BS and age respect doesn't matter to me! I can respect a GEN Z teenager if that person makes sense and can give it back to a 60-year-old too if that person is crap.

The 4 brothers-the so-called Mard of the house should jump in the well because they are bad husbands!

And, the women should just STFU of self-victimisation!

Thank you!!! I am the same way and I do call out BS of anyone or stop associating myself with such people because I can't afford that headache. Sometimes the things I say gets me labeled as mufat. But I try to explain it to them nicely. My mom still sometimes is like I have to go to "another house" so I should learn to keep my opinions to myself and I am like I am never going to marry a guy or into a family with such type of mentality. And that's why I refuse to settle. I know I wouldn't be happy in such marriages, and I'd rather be single and happy than miserable in marriage.

Anita will try to harm Dhara's child for sure. She is not going anywhere.
