Exactly!! And what can a kissing scene between a husband and wife who are in love with each other, possibly trigger? Its natural and its beautiful.. versus showing someone trying to commit suicide, trying to abuse and assault which can only trigger negative thoughts and emotions.. Suicide attempts especially should not be shown just for the heck of it. No, its not a way to get things done your way..

Totally agree - the sensibilities of Indian TV is mind blowing. The way they normalize assault as an expression of love is the reason many young girls don't know what is a toxic relationship - it is like sex is taboo but rape isn't ? I really hope Indian TV works on showing consent and that for anything to happen consent is the first and foremost thing.

In this show I am so glad the progress of physical intimacy has been sketched really well. Like you first have friendship then trust and then you venture into physical intimacy. When Raghav and Pallavi come back to RR Mansion there are lot of places where they are physically close like the sleeping on Pallavi's stomach, Pallavi tickling Raghav and other scenes but they always show Raghav asking for consent before doing anything. Once the confession happens and he knows both are on the same page that is when Raghav starts asking for ILU or simply trying to be with his love. I am really happy that in both KHKT as well as MHRW Sickand has tried to sketch a good love story without Gul's manhandling. I really hope other PHs too take note of this and stop showing manhandling as hawt romance or truuu love
