I think she is not dumb, but naive. Bohot faraq hota hai dono mein. She has never had to content with mind games playing people which is exactly what Mandaar is doing. Remember what Pallu said when sanki accused him of RR planning the jewellery theft. She said he would always attack from the front and peeche se waar nahi karega... Raghav can understand what Mandarin is doing but he is not able to do anything because it would hurt Pallu's feelings.
Pallu tabhi samjegi tab Mandar shows his true colors. When he tries to zor zabardasti she will understand woh kitna galat thi aur RR kitna sahi. Pallu always says right (before wedding) that before Raghav her life was calm. She doesn't understand what that creepy Mandarin is trying to do. She has never spent time within him right?
As for she not listening to Raghav, mujhe bhi bohot gussa aaya. Maybe she thinks Raghav doesnot trust her and she is hurt by the fact. She doesn't understand that Raghav believes her but not Mandaar. Maybe this is stupid of her.

She takes ppl on the face value ... She trusts ppl easily and had payed for it heavily..
During the mandar accident by Keerthi track, me and Jyoti were discussing same that, the way she trusts R she might get heartbroken if he does some mistake.. and likewise happened...
She trusted R for the shop papers and look what he did to her in his rage...
R knows about this and wants to save her from mandar..
He in the beginning noticed hypocrisy of Deshmukhs..
He knows the sneaky, slippery ways of the world..
But here he can't help much, it is pall who have to look into the matter...

Pallavi, as a character is naive and forgiving. Agar vo nahi hoti toh story doesn't make sense at all.
She is helping Mandar as her duty towards Aai and Baba. That's it. Raghav ko bhi Pata Hai. But Raghav ko Mandar ke intentions bhi Pata Hai. So Raghav is conflicted ki kaise support kare. If he let's Pallavi go and complete her duties towards Ds then Pallavi danger mein aa rahi hai. If doesn't let her go, usko lagega ki uske wajah se Pallavi apni duty poori nahi Kar payi. Tracker daalna was the middle way. Thik Hai, but Bina Pallavi puchhe daalna galat tha, chalo puchhana chhod bhi de, at least Bata toh Dena chahiye tha. Pallavi ka gussa hona justified Hai. Jab bhi koi aap ko, Bina aapke permission ke track Kar raha hai, uska do hi Matlab nikalta Hai, generally. Either vo aap ko harm Kar raha hai ya usko lagta hai aap kuchh ulta seedha Kar rahe ho. Yeh hi baat Pallavi ko chubhi aur usko gussa aaya.
