Their non industry friends liking it and commenting, them following their family members and friends who have nothing to do with the industry (Kanwar's nieces and Alice's bff) Mansijoshi whom Alice is still in close contact with wants to meet both and Alice replies soonest. Kanwar's neice is happy and Senti (don't know what she said). And now Krutika who likely knows the truth is calling them a couple. She literally works with them on a daily basis. If this was just for SM, she wouldn't be calling them a couple.

Plus, if it was for SM game, then Alice would have verified her account long time ago. Kanwar mentionef somewhere that he's asked her to do it, but she's too lazy. If this was for SM, it's too much to plan and too many people involved. This is as official as we're going to get. They are 99.999% dating.
