Everyone always says to me that I am the most pampered child of my family... both by my paternal grandparents as well as maternal and all other relatives including my Maasis, mama-mami, bua etc. In fact, I'm much more pampered than my three younger cousins are.

Once my school wala crush ordered for a coffe and then was ordering for something else. We both ordered together actually. Both our cups came together. I was totally crushing on him and my friends kept telling that I cannot really do anything memorable with him. He took a sip from the cup and was taking money from his pocket. Uss gap mein I exchanged my cup with him.

I thought he didn't know but dude, he literally had a smirk on his face when he left and also when he saw me around during breaks that day. (I was in really bad terms with her sister who happened to be my classmate) That whole moment was a crazy fun for me.🤣

It's actually 'normal' for our society to think like that. Hai hai ladki hai bad mein kaun dekhega paisa kaun kamayga. My brother's fiance earns more than my bhai & people used to mock him for this. & Thank god my brother has talent to do hawa mein filter & he can be quite badtameez to badtameez people. So now it's all okay. Oh aunties used to say do behen hai kaun kis ko dekhgy(for his fiance) aise ladki ko kyu date kiya blah blah to my parents. & they used to roll their eyes.

You know what you need to adjust little bit in any relationship but our generation doesn't get it. We still don't talk about real issues. Main issue is this whole adjusting shouldn't be one sided. Balance should be there. My parents did lot of sacrifices for each other & it was okay because they knew how to balance it. But unfortunately Society has normalised this one-sided business.
