my mom and dad's friend group only had sons and all of them were uncontrolled and bratty and their parents said zilch to them

I used to feel sad that my parents would yell at me publicly if I acted out but after seeing them - I feel lucky that I wasn't raised like them and can behave appropriately

Yep I have seen it happen too many times. After that I stopped going to family parties 😆 the parents just laugh and say “bachche hain.” Makes me wanna say some choice words to them 😆

I helped my cousin clean up once and boy it was not fun. The carpets were stained and there was food everywhere 🤢
