Shiva is bound to feel hurt as he has seen her madness for Dev .he had saved her twice from killing herself due to that guy. And his inferiority complex does not help.
Raavi on the other hand is too innocent and naive to see the depth of Shiva's reaction.she is an airhead.she lives in the present.but shiva is a deep thinker.
Raavi is trying, I agree to that , her efforts have improved.she is trying to understand him and appreciate him in the ways she knows . Khaana dena, gifts laana..but shiva wants something much more.
