Idk what the context was for this question but because Rra's grandmother had forgotten to take her meds, she got a brain hemorrhage and collapsed within half an hr and passed away.

Happiness for Rra = balance in all things.

If we're unhappy in one aspect of life (e.g. physical health or relationships), then all the money in the world won't be able to make a person happy.
