Thanks for the update, Neerja!
Aai was on fire today. She definitely stole the show. I don't have much to add to what you have said, except I absolutely loved how Pakhi kept looking at Virat, but Virat was just giving her the side eye 🤣
I actually thought that Sai's hesitation in today's episode about going home with Pulkit was quite evident. Her eyes looked lifeless, but it was also clear that she was melting at the very thought of Virat. During the flashbacks scene, it seemed to me as if she truly did understand that Virat acted the way he did out of possessiveness and the right he feels he has over her. She looked like she was trying to convince herself to tell Pulkit that she will be going with him.
The next morning, When Virat asked her to come home, her expression immediately changed from one of emptiness to one of pain. Because, she wants nothing more than to go home, but she cannot forget the way in which he acted so easily. She literally had to look away from him, because she could not keep staring at him crying... I think this is because she knew that she was melting.
There were some saying that Virat was self-victimizing and refusing to accept his mistake two episodes ago, but today, he made it even more clear that he knows what he has done is unacceptable. He clearly tells her that he won't force her to forgive him, and he will be waiting whenever she does. All he can do is apologize, because he does not want to argue... he is aware of his huge blunder.
The dialogue where Sai says that if she had acted this way with Virat's female colleagues, he would have been hurt was a really meaningful addition to me. It again shows that Sai is unintentionally accepting this relationship as real, because once again, she has understood the place from which Virat's actions came.
Today, Pulkit REALLY got on my nerves. I understood where he was coming from and found his dialogues to be quite powerful in these past few episodes. But today, he was pushing it. Why would he ask Virat why he came to the hospital? He knows what state Virat has been in, and he is Sai's husband. What is the logic behind this question? And then again, he asked Virat why he fulfilled Sai's responsibilities. Seriously? It was just too irritating to me. But, perhaps what bothered me the most was that he would not let Sai speak. He kept speaking about her emotions, her dreams, and her needs. But, who is he to speak about all of this? He needed to let Sai speak for herself. And, the entire time that Pulkit was talking, even Sai herself looked hesitant. When Pulkit said that Sai needs to have peace and live somewhere she isn't mentally tortured, Sai looked so incredibly uneasy. Because, no matter how much she has had to endure in CN, she knows that there is no happiness for her without Virat. It was a breath of relief when Virat told Pulkit that he wants to hear all of this from Sai. And, this difference really stood out to me today. While Virat was trying everything in his power to bring Sai home, he left the ultimate decision up to her. But, Pulkit was forcing himself and his thoughts onto Sai. I would have understood if he was trying to convince her like Virat, but instead he came across as making the decision for her. What gives him this right? And it seemed kind of hypocritical after he said that she needs to have freedom, etc. etc.
Again, after Virat asks Sai for one last time... she takes forever to answer. Just like she takes forever to choose Pulkit's hand. These two moments especially really showed me her hesitancy. It is like she knows she is going to end up back with Virat, but she is trying to hard to hold her ground.
I thought it was pretty clear that getting her things was just an excuse for her to go back to CN. She knows that Virat can easily deliver her things, and yet she still is determined to go herself. Her dialogue about Virat not deciding what is important to her and what is not reminded me of the post-college fest fight when she tells Virat that he can't decide where she will live or what she will do. In both of these instances, through her own jalebis, she was trying to say that she wants to stay with him without being able to say it directly. She does not even let Pulkit drop her off to CN, because she is desperate to be with her ACP. When she says that there are people at CN waiting for her, whom she still has relations with... to me, Virat was obviously included in this and perhaps this entire statement was directed at him.
The way Virat stared at Sai's hands while holding them was so beautiful. He couldn't believe that she had finally made it through and that she was alive... that she was with him. He wanted to soak her up. But, at the same time, you could see the pain in his eyes seeing the bandages and how much he had hurt her. Sai could literally not look at him crying, so she looked down instead. She knows that if she looks at him for too long, she won't be able to control herself anymore.
In terms of the precap, I completely agree with you. KaKu literally showed 0 remorse and was questioning Sai's character while she was fighting for her life. And, now she is doing her Arthi?? It just seemed really really fake to me, but I will wait before commenting more until the episode airs.
