Yes but he took too long to realize. His hate was overwhelming from the start and add to it his paranoid nature and not trusting girls. He started feeling only after his guilt and redemption. Pallavi feel in love easily because she had no extra baggage in her mind like Raghav. She was feeling the emotion of love first time in her life and she wholeheartedly accept it. Also that attraction from Pallavi's side played a big role .
