In KHKT Sona has an obsessive psycho fan named Mahesh who thinks that if he marries Sonakshi, she will be like her onscreen character Parvati and will love him. He is already married with a child but he obsesses over the character Parvati. He even kidnaps Sona on her marriage day and forcefully tries to marry her. It was yuck to another level.

We women have that in us, when we get creepy vibes from a person we don't act instantly. We always have a constant dilemma, like something is going wrong but we are not sure. We take time, we make sure that the person is give us wrong signals. When we are 100% sure, we take a stand for ourselves. I think Pallavi is going through the same.

When a woman gets sure about it, she never backs down. They are building that up for Pallavi.

Only nice thing was, ML doesn't rescue her. She fights back, a lot, herself but gets overpowered, but one of the house staff, who's very friendly with FL and loves her a lot, she comes to the rescue eventually.

Aftermath was horrible. They played a romantic song, and ML helped her dress up for the event. She was injured and bleeding, and makeup kar rahe the. There is a discussion on what she'll wear because her clothes are ripped now. No conversation on why she's injured, why her clothes are torn.

And I gave them benefit of doubt- maybe in that moment, they just wanted to give her a distraction. But there was no follow up on this. Scene hua, and khatam, moved on.

Also they kept the character in for a really long time. He even kidnaps Sona on her wedding day - I think his track was for 2 months close. I hated the show at that time.

There was one good show that explored sexual assault and PTSD - Nisha Aur Uske Cousins. Damn, the female lead was on fire.🔥 I never saw another show like that later.

SP also brought a Rape based show called Kya Qasoor Hai Amla Ka?, it was a copy of Turkish show named Fatema Gul. The direction, dialogues and every second of the screen play was amazing. But issko forcefully band karwadiya due to low trp ( they gave an abrupt ending.) I never saw a realistic direction like that, end ko khachda bana diya. After that, I decided to never watch a SP show. Inko bass masala bhari extra marital affair, saas bahu drama aur toxic romance chaihye! 🤬

Correct, that exactly what I thought. They are building this up for pallu. People are keeping themselves in pallavi's shoes and judging her without any sense. This is what really happens in reality, we are stuck in that dilemma untill we are Fully sure on that person's motive.
