That's not entirely true though... At D's, the only time she actually pissed me off (really bad) was when she left the sangeet without informing anyone.. apart from that, she had reasons for keeping them out of loop..most of the times, she wanted to keep them away from all the tension and worries, keeping baba's health in mind..But at Rao's she has been communicating really well from day1.. a lot of that credit goes to Amma as well.. on the very first day at their house, Amma was very clear about one thing..that Pallavi should not hesitate to share things with her.. and on her part she has made sure that she feels secure enough to share everything with her..

Why is it a bad habit lekin? She's an adult, usse aane jaane ki permission lene ki zarurat nahi hai? Yeah she should be a little mindful of her physical well being- like aadhi raat ko fabric ke liye chali gayi ya sangeet night, but uss ghar mein aisa tha bhi kaun jiske saath she should consult? Agar saari responsibility uspar daal do, toh freedom is very much her right. When she's the only one doing stuff, why shouldn't she do it her own way?

I also don't think she was asking Amma for permission, nor do I feel it was not right of her to go the previous night.
