Yes if DC is given then the wife is free to move on and marry. Only in case of missing she has to either wait for 7 yrs or move the court to grant a DC if earlier

Ok in Mandy’s case was the death certificate ever issued? Do we know? Maybe this is the loophole Mandy will use to get her back to D house?

That scene with lawyer was not for nothing he had a trick up his sleeve. RR is already 5 steps ahead proven today. In the precap he had a slight smirk on Mandy's challenge he already is prepared I am sure 😉

After 3 days. Amma talking to servant. She hears commotion and Mandy barges into RR mansion looking for RR. RR and Pallu come out. Mandy gives the DNA report and says Pallu is his wife. He says she will stay with him now. RR checks report. Nods his head yes to Pallu.

Mandy says is he assured now. RR says one thing Mandy said correct that Pallu will stay with her husband not a stranger. RR says he is her husband and Mandy is the ex. Mandy says first husband is alive so his and Pallu’s marriage is legal.

RR says lost his memory but still remembers the law. Mandy says he drove ambulance and met all kinds of people and learned. RR says that when the first husband is declared dead and certificate is made, and the widow gets remarried. Even if the first husband comes back the second marriage is still legal according to law.

Pallu worried. Mandy asks Pallu what she feels. Pallu says relationships are not made on paper. He left on wedding night itself and was never found. She says a body was found and was said to be him. They all moved on. Her and RR got married strangely. Pallu says for her RR is her husband.

Pallu says the situation is weird for everyone. Mandy says not everyone gets what they want. He based is search in life based on Pallu. Mandy going on about his and Pallu’s relation. RR says that was before now his relation is there with Pallu.

Leave the past in the past and Pallu has said who she wants. RR says him and Pallu reunited Mandy with his family. Now he has to be the one to sort out out. It is not Raghvi’s problem. Amma says how is RR talking he should be nicer. RR says he is giving facts and that Mandy needs to come to the present.

Mandy says thank you to Amma. Mandy says RR is right and he needs to sort this out himself and apologizes. Mandy picks up DNA report. Pallu tries talking about Mandy’s pain. RR storms off and Pallu follows.

Pallu says to RR he should have been nicer. RR says this how he is. He says when he thinks something is not right he reacts like this. Pallu says DNA report proves he is Mandy and that if he was in this situation how would he react. RR mad.

Pallu says they are together but Mandy is alone. RR says what is his fault why is she telling him. Pallu says she does not understand what she is saying. RR says she loves him right. Pallu says yes she does but they cannot ignore Mandy. RR says he feels something now right with him.

Pallu says why is feeling this. RR says he does not know but his gut tells him something is off and that his sixth sense is never wrong.

Assistant tells D family that Mandy went to get DNA report. VD says he should not have gone alone. Mandy comes and says report is positive. VD and D family is very happy. Assistant asked why it took so long. Mandy says he want to Pallu to bring her back but she won’t come back.

Pallu gets a call from BWA. Amma is there. BWA says about pooja and that there is a special prasad to make. Only Pallu and Aayi can make it. BWA asks if she could come make it. Amma says she can go and she will talk to RR. Pallu wants RR’s permission. Amma says go.

Sunny upset at RR’s behaviour. Keerti trying to clam him. Keerti says Mandy’s coming has created problems for Raghvi already. Maybe Pallu will have to go back. The focus will be off them and they can get married secretly. Then no one can say to SunKe.

D family are doing pooja preparations. Pallu leaving trying to call RR. RR at the door and takes Pallu. RR driving rashly. Pallu trying to explain and RR shushing her. RR says how can she go without husband. BWA says she called Pallu to make the prasad and VD about to get mad at her.

RR and Pallu walk in. BWA not happy to see RR. RR says good morning everyone and that he brought everyone’s Pallu. RR tells BWA off for inviting Pallu without husband. She needs to ask forgiveness to God and next time to invite him.

Pallu making the prasad. Mandy comes in. He likes the smell and it is familiar to him. Pallu says Aayi used to make for him it was his favourite. Mandy says even though you forget relationships leave their mark. You cannot forget some relationships.

Precap RR says he will fulfill all of Pallu’s demand. They getting closer about to kiss. Mandy gives RR 7 Days challenge.
