Keerthi has vowed to take revenge from Pallavi.. and she knows Pallavi has a strong support system because of Raghav and Amma. One way to get back at her would be to break that.. or atleast weaken it. Pallavi going to D house everyday to help Mandhar may start bothering her.. and Keerthi could use that to instigate her..even if some of the mud she throws sticks, its gonna do the job..
