Yes exactly. Mandhar she is seeing infront of her now is as much of a stranger to her as she or the rest of the family is to him.. He has the face of the man she knew and married sure, but beyond that she knows nothing about him..how and why he remembers her name? Her anxiety around him is totally understandable. Raghav's voice and presence pulled her back to reality and a familiar territory, one she is comfortable in.
