The fact that Shivangi is so comfortable and convincing in their romantic scenes (some of that credit must go to Sai too) is what makes their scenes so unique, even the ones we have seen before..

I jist wanna clear one thing and that is Pallavi is not God or some black magic witch or does not have CCTV's installed everywhere that she'll know the other person's intentions. Same as we don't know in real life. She's doing what a good human should do and also only on the insistance of a DOCTOR who in her knowledge holds a medical degree and knows better than her.
