About Mandar knowing telgu is not big deal

He was living in Hyderabad since long time so knowing telgu is not suspicious

He might be used to this language because he doesn't remember his name so might not remember his caste

Hmm don't know maker might take this turn too but he lost his memory and living in Hyderabad so learning that language is nothing new

not to forget he is born and brought up in hyderabad… I think during initial episodes when Pallavi was struggling with Telugu during loom pooja, Mansi did translate for her so I guess trashmukhs know telugu.. plus they were about to marry their daughter in telugu family…

also not to mention, Trashmukhs have been staying for 35 years. So at least the current generation would know the language
